In order to provide an extraordinary and enduring Club, Offshore Odysseys carefully devised a membership structure with members' best interests in mind. Our members own the Club and the Club owns a totally debt-free luxury yacht. As the Club’s manager, Offshore Odysseys LLC is responsible for expanding the Club and its property and yacht portfolio, providing exceptional service and support to members and managing and maintaining the Club's assets to exacting standards.Key components of this structure include:
- The Club entity (Ocean Odyssey LLC) is owned 100% by the members
- The Club is governed with the active involvement of members
- The Club's manager is held accountable to the members through transparent financial reporting, including annually audited financial statements
