Greetings!

There's nothing but good news this month. The BEST Odyssey keeps rolling at an incredible pace, a pace in fact that our small team is finding difficult to keep up with so this newsletter will be brief and get right to the point. Plus it's eternally windy here in the gorge this time of year and while free time is becoming scarce we've got to keep kiteboarding! It's in the job description right?

In media news, Men's Journal is running a feature on yacht shares this November and we're told The BEST Odyssey takes the prize!

Many of you have heard about Best's national RV tour. Well I've actually just left the helm of a different monster, "skippering" if you will, the Best RV from Salt Lake, Utah to the kiteboarding jewel that is the Jetty in Seattle. As we got skunked on wind in Salt Lake I took the opportunity to paraglide as much as possible and then got the opportunity to fix the bus for 9 hours instead of basejumping in Idaho. You can imagine my excitement. But the Bus is a hoot and Best is doing an incredible job. Considering I haven't driven a yacht in a couple months, I figured I'd at least get some practice maneuvering the big bus around the country. For more info, visit bestkiteboarding.com.

Probably the best news this month is the launch of our 1st year itinerary on Google Earth. YOU HAVE TO CHECK THIS OUT! Zoom in and out of every place along our planned itinerary- see the breaks from outer space that we'll be surfing in no time. Good stuff, and many thanks to our web site guru, Marc Peterson for developing the coolest itinerary on the web.

Jody and I will be in San Diego for the ASR tradeshow the weekend of September 8th and attending Santiago Aguerre's Liquid Nation Ball on September 9th, to support a fantastic fundraising effort for the SIMA humanitarian fund. And of course- spread the news on The BEST Odyssey. We look forward to seeing many of you there.

We've had a monumental month for sales. What began as a dream just a few short months ago is now a reality. All of the Epic shares have sold, and the Adventure shares are going strong.
