We'll spend 3-4 days in beautiful Antigua before setting sail for the much wilder and mountainous Dominica for 2 days of trekking on the 4500' "Montagne Pelee", then explore the rarely visited anchorages along the east coast of Martinique for some epic kiteboarding and diving and end our journey in picturesque St. Lucia for some wicked kiting at Anse de Sable Beach (Sandy Beach), which boasts conditions similar to Cabarete but with zero crowds.
